We typically ask for a 25-30% advance to confirm bookings (hotels, transport, permits), with the balance due before departure. Exact terms depend on the trip — international packages and peak-season dates may need a higher advance. We'll always confirm the breakdown in writing before you pay anything.

Listed prices generally cover accommodation, listed sightseeing/activities, and transport within the itinerary. Flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses and meals not specified are usually excluded. Every quote we send breaks this down clearly line by line, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Cancellation terms depend on how close to departure you cancel, since hotels, transport and activity bookings each carry their own refund rules. We'll always share the exact cancellation terms for your specific trip before you pay the advance — nothing happens without you knowing the policy upfront.

Yes — the listed packages are starting points, not fixed menus. Tell us your destination, budget and the kind of trip you're after (relaxed, adventure, family, honeymoon) and we'll build an itinerary around it. This is genuinely how we prefer to work, since founder Tejukumar plans every trip personally.
